**Job Summary**:
The English Faculty for MBA CET is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in verbal ability, reading comprehension, grammar, and vocabulary. The faculty plays a key role in helping students build their language skills and strategies required to excel in the MBA CET and other competitive exams. This includes creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing academic support throughout the learning process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Content Delivery**:

- Conduct classroom and online sessions for Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension as per CET syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, PPTs, assignments, and mock tests tailored to the CET exam pattern.
- Explain core concepts of grammar, vocabulary, sentence correction, para jumbles, and RC passages.
- **Student Engagement & Support**:

- Identify individual student needs and provide personalized guidance and feedback.
- Encourage active participation, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, and provide test-taking tips and strategies.
- **Content Development**:

- Develop and update study materials, worksheets, and practice questions in alignment with the latest CET trends.
- Review and improve existing content periodically.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to track student progress.
- Analyze results to identify learning gaps and provide performance reports.
- **Academic Coordination**:

- Coordinate with other faculty members and academic coordinators for batch planning and student performance review.
- Participate in faculty training, seminars, and curriculum meetings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience teaching English for competitive exams like MBA CET, CAT, CMAT, or GRE.
- Excellent command of English language (grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension).
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and maintain high student engagement.
- Proficient in using digital teaching tools and MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
