**Role: Engine Performance Analysis**

**Qualification: BE/ B Tech**

**Key Skills: Engine with HIL Validation**

**Notice period: Immediate/ 45 days**
- Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Electrical/Electronic or similar
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in writing and executing scripts on **HIL/dSPACE**:

- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel based VBA scripting is desirable
- Strong communication skills - oral and written
- Flexibility to work in difference time zones to align with business needs
- As part of the **global engine development** -Flashfiles Team, support integration of calibrations with the **Core Engine software** for various engine ratings/models for engine platforms from 1.1 to 18 litres
- Perform **HIL validation on dSPACE/HIL**:

- Closely collaborate with cross functional teams to meet project objectives & timeline

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with team of test engineers, lab staff to plan & execute engine calibration integration activities and HIL validation
- Write and execute Automation scripts in python or similar tools
- Ensure standard process and standard work is employed to deliver projects on time while meeting cost and quality
- Provide process improvement ideas
- Be ready to adapt and deal with uncertainty with increasing project complexity and customer demands.
