**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design campaign creatives, posters, banners, social media posts, infographics, and promotional material.
- Create visually appealing designs for election campaigns, rallies, events, and voter outreach programs.
- Collaborate with the content and strategy team to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.
- Develop design variations for different platforms (print, digital, video thumbnails, reels, etc.).
- Stay updated with political trends and adapt designs accordingly.
- Manage multiple projects within tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer** (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design software**:Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva** (knowledge of video editing software is a plus).
- Strong creative thinking, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Ability to understand political communication and design for mass appeal.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in graphic designing (political campaign design experience is a bonus).
