**Job Title**: MIS Executive

**Location**: Noida Sector 135

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an individual for the role of MIS Executive who will assist with essential finance and operations tasks, including **Invoicing, purchase order creation, delivery challan creation, and Invoice payment tracking.**This role will require to create, track, record, and manage the data for smooth business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Invoicing**:

- Generation and updating of invoices and e-way bill.
- Ensure all invoice details (products, quantities, prices, taxes) are accurately recorded and maintained in the system.
- Assist your immediate manager for payment tracking to ensure timely payments.

**2. Delivery Challan Management**:

- Create and maintain delivery challans for goods dispatched, ensuring the correct items and quantities are recorded.
- Track deliveries and confirm the dispatch is matched with the corresponding invoices and purchase orders in the system.
- Maintain accurate records of all delivery challans.

**3. Purchase Order Creation**:

- Assist in the creation of purchase orders by inputting relevant data (supplier details, shipping details, items, quantities) into the system.
- Monitor the status and record of all purchase orders.

**4. Invoice Payment Tracking**:

- Track the status of invoice payments and update records regularly.
- Assist in following up on overdue invoices by generating reports for the management.
- Ensure payment details are entered correctly and reconcile any discrepancies in payment records

**5. Data Entry & Reporting**:

- Regularly update financial records in the system for invoicing, delivery challan, payments, and purchase orders.
- Generate tracking reports on invoicing, delivery challan, payments, and purchase order status for review by management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Graduation in Commerce, or related field.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, VLOOKUP).
- Good understanding of invoicing and basic GST% principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Soft Skills:

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with management.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
