In addition, we mix worldwide expertise with local knowledge to assist you in making your lofty aspirations a reality. **Job Title**: Social Media Executive **Job type** : Full time **Duties and Responsibilities**: We are seeking a highly motivated PPC Specialist / Social Media Executive with a strong understanding of paid advertising on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). **PPC Campaign Management**: - **Google Ads**: Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns using Google Ads across search, display, shopping, and video ads. - **Meta Ads**: Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ads (Meta Ads) to reach relevant audiences, boost engagement, and increase conversions. - Monitor campaigns on both platforms to ensure performance aligns with business goals. - Conduct keyword research to identify the most valuable keywords for campaigns, ensuring the best ROI. - Set up and optimize conversion tracking for all campaigns. **Social Media Advertising**: - Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. - Create engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences, while maintaining brand consistency. - Manage daily ad budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing ad spend. **Optimization & Reporting**: - Use Google Analytics, Google Ads Reports, and Meta Ads Manager to track and optimize performance. - Adjust bids, targeting, ad creatives, and keywords to continually improve campaign performance. **Desired Profile**: - Excellent communication, Excel and Microsoft skills is necessary. - Ability to manage tasks simultaneously and efficient co-ordination. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC and social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies and goals. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising and social media marketing. - Provide input and recommendations for new opportunities in PPC and social media advertising strategies. - Analyze competitors’ campaigns and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the market. - Manage campaign budgets to ensure ads are running within allocated budgets while optimizing performance. - Recommend budget adjustments based on campaign performance and ongoing analysis. - Proficiency in using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools. **Preferred Qualification**: Graduation in any relevant field.
