**Role Summary**:

Experienced in testing larger scale projects/ quick changes from planning to sign off.

Must have proven ability to provide project estimates and work-breakdown schedules.

Must be extremely responsive, able to work under pressure in crisis with a strong sense of urgency.

A team player, excels in working collaboratively with geo-dispersed teams.

Able to demonstrate understanding of key standards and processes for quality assurance.

Flexibility, adaptability and work in mínimal supervision if required are must have to be successful in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Analyzing the requirement from testing perspective.

Creating test plans and writing test scripts.

Closely working with project manager and product owner to identify the risk areas & derive appropriate regression test suite to minimize the identified risk.

Managing the defects logged and tracking them till they get closed.

Performing RCA over the defects logged.

Support for system testing and integration testing.

**Skills & Experience**:
Technical Skills Applicable to All Streams (Functional, Automation & Performance):
Well versed with testing methodologies particularly with more focus of Agile methodologies.
