Co-curricular In-charge

A bachelor’s degree in education, recreation, or related fields.

Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in working with children, young adults, and instructors from diverse backgrounds.

Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Min 3 to 4 years experience in education and activities planning, or youth leadership roles is preferred.
- **Planning and Execution**: Designing the annual CCA calendar, organizing events, competitions, and celebrations.
- **Student Engagement**: Encouraging participation, identifying student talents, and ensuring inclusivity.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinating with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- **Logistics and Communication**: Managing event logistics, drafting notices, and maintaining documentation.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Tracking student participation and providing regular reports.
