It is a firm of experienced chartered accountants providing specialized services in the area of audit & assurance, direct and indirect tax, business advisory, accounting, and regulatory compliances. With two locations in Mumbai and Ahmedabad and a vibrant team of 80 plus team members led by 5 Partners and Senior Consultants having rich experience in their area of domain. The focus is on providing specialized quality services based on clients’ need.
Profile - Direct Tax
Designation - Direct Tax Manager
Qualification - Chartered Accountant/SQ CA/commerce
Job description
- 1. Delivering full range of taxation services in compliance with Income tax Act 1961:
- preparation and filing of tax returns
- tax advisory services
- preparation and filing SFT returns
- transfer pricing compliance services
- handling income tax assessments and appeals
2. Building relationship with clients and rendering excellent services.
3. Working with teams on various taxation projects (tax due diligence, mergers and acquisitions tax structuring etc.)
Salary / remuneration - 7 lakhs p.a -13 lakhs p.a.
Location - Tardeo Roadand andheri west, Mumbai
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
