**Job Description: UI Designer (US Shift, Remote)**

**Experience**: 5+ Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the user interface, identifying and solving design challenges to enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Execute all visual design stages, including user research, prototyping, usability testing, and iteration.
- Maintain and expand the Design System in Figma.
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate human-computer interaction.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Design and update the company website using WordPress templates and Visual Studio Code.
- Develop and integrate HTML/CSS with UI frameworks and work closely with developers.

**Experience/Requirements**:

- Proven UI experience (5+ years) with a strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe CC Suite, and HTML/CSS (vanilla, LESS, SASS).
- Knowledge of usability/accessibility standards and interaction design principles.
- Familiarity with UI frameworks like KendoUI or Angular Material.
- Experience with Visual Studio Code and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related field.

**Preferences**:

- Experience with assessment tools or computer-based testing is a plus.
