**Job Title: Trainer**

**Location**: Borivali and Kandivali

**Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, tailored to the needs of students at different skill levels.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with the academic team to design and update training materials, ensuring alignment with industry trends and student learning objectives.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster a positive and interactive learning environment, encouraging questions, discussions, and hands-on learning.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate student performance through assessments, provide constructive feedback, and support their learning journey.
- **Market Insights**: Share real-world examples and insights on financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management to enhance practical understanding.
- **Recording Online Lectures **:The trainer will also be responsible for recording online lectures for online batches when required

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for teaching and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in financial training, trading, or investment management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus but not compulsory.
- Proven experience in financial training, trading, or investment management.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, market analysis, and trading platforms.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
