**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about academic programs, admission requirements, campus life, and financial aid.
- Conduct interviews, campus tours, and information sessions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, teachers, and community organizations.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events.
- Maintain and update student records using CRM or admissions software.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support the enrollment process.
- Assist in planning and executing admissions events (e.g., open houses, orientation).
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual enrollment targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or counseling preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centered mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
