1. **Project Management**:

- Oversee interior works projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

2. **Site Management**:

- Supervise site activities, including construction, installation, and finishing works.
- Ensure site safety, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

3. **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture.

4. **Client Management**:

- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and concerns.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly.

5. **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and address any defects or issues.

6**. Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and issues are clearly understood.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
