Sales Trainer

**Develop training programs**: Design and coordinate training programs based on the needs of the organization and employees. This includes creating curriculum, selecting resources, and preparing notes and visual displays.
- **Conduct training**: Lead training courses, including group discussions, role-playing activities, and demonstrating equipment.
- **Evaluate training**: Use surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and observation to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Use the results to plan future courses or improve existing ones.
- **Provide career development**: Provide career development sessions for existing staff and induction sessions for new employees.
- **Assist with recruitment**: Help with the creation of job profiles or position descriptions.
- **Stay updated**: Stay updated with industry trends.
- **Analyze sales**: Analyze sales KPIs and performance results.
- **Communicate**: Communicate with managers and implement feedback.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
