The Job Description
- The core role is to drive timely collections of dues.
- Follow-up with internal team and client for outstanding to expedite collection (including large customers and trouble cases).
- Build good working rapport with internal team and clients to facilitate timely collections.
- Maintaining MIS (invoice tracker/EMD Tracker etc.) and update collection and billing in a timely manner and matching tracker with tally.
- ORC tracking for all direct billings and reconciliation with provision made till date.
- Projecting collection and ensuring least deviation weekly.
- Suspense reconciliation to be done with Finance head and client on weekly basis.
- Proactively escalate to various stakeholders for ensuring that all execution milestones and completed on a timely basis and escalate problem cases to the management.
- Sundry debtors receipt entry and management with Finance head
- Daily preparation and presentation of payment collection tracker including EMD tracker. (Updation should be on google drive.)
- Weekly preparation and presentation of MIS reports.
- Comparison of invoice tracker vs. Tally debtor on a monthly basis.
- Use CredFlow and Tally software.

Eligibility
- Educational Qualification - Graduate.
- Should have minimum 4 year of experience in credit management.
- Experience in the collection profile.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
