**Role Description**

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Videographer who is deeply embedded in Gen Z culture and passionate about music and social media trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce user-generated content that resonates with Gen Z audiences, enhancing the visibility and cultural impact of Mad Influence and its subsidiaries.
- Handle the complete content creation process: conceptualizing, filming, and editing innovative social media videos.
- Stay updated with current trends in social media content and video editing to ensure the content is fresh, appealing, and engaging.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to script videos that align with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Optimize content based on performance data and audience feedback to increase engagement and reach.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in videography and content creation, with a portfolio that demonstrates skills in producing and editing high-quality videos.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and what type of content succeeds on each.
- Excellent video editing skills, with proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Creative storytelling and scripting abilities, with a knack for capturing the attention of a young audience.
- Passion for and knowledge of current music trends, especially those popular among Gen Z.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt content based on evolving trends and feedback.

**Desirable**:

- A degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience creating content specifically for brands or in an agency setting.

Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
