**Position Overview**:
A Management Information System (MIS) Executive is responsible for managing data and generating reports that help an organization make informed business decisions. They work with various departments to ensure data accuracy and provide valuable insights through analysis and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and manage data from multiple sources.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and relevant teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- **System Monitoring and Maintenance**:

- Monitor and maintain the organization's MIS systems to ensure smooth functionality.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex problems to the IT team.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update internal databases and records.
- Backup and secure data to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Business Analysis and Insights**:

- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Create dashboards to visualize data for easy interpretation by stakeholders.
- **Coordination with Teams**:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs.
- Provide technical support and training for team members using the MIS systems.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure that data management and reporting processes comply with organizational policies.
- Document processes, procedures, and system changes for future reference.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
- Knowledge of database tools (SQL, MS Access) and reporting software (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data management, or a similar role.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of business operations and processes.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily office-based with occasional collaboration with other departments.
- Involves working extensively on a computer.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
