**Responsibilities**:
**Main Purpose**
This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Strategy & Transformation agenda for the Digital Hub, covering over 250+ associates. This role collaborates and partners with the HRBPs on critical business decisions. This involves executing the S&T Data/Digital strategy that enables the delivery of business priorities while aligning to PepsiCo’s TR philosophy. This role also deploys, aligns, develops, and sometimes design both the short-term and long-term strategic TR imperatives for S&T while operating in a highly matrixed and dynamic organization, that will include over 250+ associates, whose talent is paramount to PepsiCo’s growth and transformation.
**Key responsibilities**
- Supports the Total Rewards agenda and strategy for S&T
- Provides strategic counsel on day-to-day Total Rewards advice, solutions and support to S&T Digital hub that drive PepsiCo’s business and talent imperatives, including strategic total rewards
- Working with HRBPs and function leaders, develop customized compensation solutions to support talent and business objectives within the S&T Digital Hub
- Translate business and talent needs and strategies of the S&T function to form total rewards policy and design decisions
- Partner with local TR in India to support benefits and policy harmonization efforts to ensure S&T Digital Hub is consistent and compliance to local practice and legislation requirements
- Develop and analyze reports and data to determine competitive position, compliance, and program effectiveness
- Participate in Market benchmarking studies and subsequently design and maintain (global/ local) pay structures, pay ranges and the benefit plans
- Leads the healthy living agenda for the India region which involves preparing a calendar for all health & wellness intervention across plants, HQ and units, partners with the employee club and LHRs to help execute the interventions, partners with the sector H&W COE to ensure all global/sector programs are run effectively with maximum participation
- Build capability and understanding of PepsiCo’s total rewards programs among HR business partners and leaders to reinforce pay-for-performance culture and provide support on the communications and change management associated with implementation of significant total rewards initiatives
- Actively partners with the sector team on leadership hiring & promotions
- Anchor employee related cost management for S&T hub in India

**Key Skills/Experience Required**
- Requires 3+ years of Compensation and Benefits experience of increasing responsibility and leadership
- Requires ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and to balance competing priorities
- Requires strong analytic, math, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Requires strong executive presence, communications and influencing skills with HRBP’s, as well as internal stakeholders
