**Job Title: Purchase/Sourcing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Purchase Management**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and manufacturing requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers for long term, analyze their capabilities, and evaluate their pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements with suppliers.
- Ensure the raw materials are purchased at the best market price to leverage a competitive edge in the furniture market. Likes to source directly from the manufacturer than from dealer or distributor.

**2. Vendor Management and Relationship Building**:

- Manage relationships with the vendors and train them with the core values and requirements of the company, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards and respect to the core values that the company has laid out.
- Source and onboard new suppliers, conduct due diligence, and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

**3. Purchase Order Management**:

- Collaborate with the production team to determine material and equipment requirements based on production schedules and forecasts.
- Generate purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and financial guidelines.
- Monitor the status of purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, such as delays or quality discrepancies.
- Maintain a thorough database of existing and potential vendors who supply various raw materials and use them based on the best interest to the company.

**4. Cost and Inventory Management**:

- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and value optimization.
- Optimize inventory levels by forecasting demand, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with production and warehouse teams.
- Develop and implement an inventory control system to minimize inventory like Just-In-Time (JIT), reducing carrying costs and improving working capital efficiency.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years in purchases and procurements. Preferably from furniture or related fields.
- Salary can be paid up to INR 25-30K per month.
- Purchase coordinator with ample connections with the vendors in the furniture industry is welcome. They will be handling large volume purchasing and so previous corporate scale handling experience is a must.
- Proficiency in using procurement software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools is an additional strength.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
