
Fitness Instructor/personal Trainer

As a Fitness Trainer / Personal Trainer at GC Fitness Studio, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training sessions, workout guidance, and expert advice. You will assess clients’ fitness levels, develop tailored exercise programs, and provide motivation and support. Your passion for health and wellness will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel encouraged and empowered.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Assessment**: Conduct fitness evaluations to assess the physical condition and goals of new clients, including body composition analysis, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness tests.
- **Program Design**: Develop personalized training programs based on client goals, fitness level, medical history, and lifestyle. Adjust programs as needed to ensure clients progress toward their objectives.
- **Conduct Training Sessions**: Lead clients through safe and effective workouts, demonstrating proper form, providing corrections, and motivating clients to achieve their best.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track clients' progress, conduct regular re-assessments, and adjust programs to reflect improvements or address challenges.
- **Client Motivation**: Encourage clients to stay consistent with their fitness routine and provide ongoing motivation and support.
- **Education and Guidance**: Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and lifestyle habits that support fitness goals.
- **Safety Compliance**: Maintain a safe and clean workout environment by following gym policies and best practices, and assisting clients with proper equipment use.
- **Client Retention and Growth**: Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals, contributing to gym growth.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with fitness industry trends, certifications, and training techniques to provide high-quality services.
**Qualifications**
- **Certification**: Nationally recognized certification from organizations such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in personal training or a related role preferred. Experience with group fitness classes is a plus.
- **Education**: Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **CPR/AED Certification**: Required to ensure client safety during training.

- Ability to inspire and motivate clients of all fitness levels

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift heavy weights and demonstrate exercises as needed
- Physical stamina and the capability to stay active throughout the workday
**Work Schedule**
- Full-time/Part-time
- Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet client availability.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
