The Liaison Officer is responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between various stakeholders, ensuring smooth and effective interactions between different parties, including clients, government entities, or internal teams. The Liaison Officer will handle inquiries, manage correspondence, and support the execution of agreements and contracts.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and communications between parties.
- Resolve conflicts and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Represent the organization at external events when required.
Qualification:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in liaison or customer relations roles.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
