**Key Responsibilities**
- **Drawing Production & Detailing**:

- Prepare and develop detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD for multi-storey building projects incorporating shearwall systems.
- Translate design concepts and engineering sketches into precise technical drawings and documentation.
- Revise and update drawings based on design modifications and feedback.
- **Design Coordination**:

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure drawings align with the overall design intent.
- Assist in integrating structural details such as load distribution, reinforcement layouts, and connection details specific to shearwall systems.
- **Documentation & Quality Control**:

- Maintain organized records of all drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and company standards.
- **Additional Modeling Support**:

- Utilize ETABS for basic structural modeling tasks where applicable.
- Proficiency in ETABS is considered an added advantage.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD for creating and modifying structural drawings.
- Basic understanding of structural design principles and construction practices for multi-storey buildings, with an emphasis on shearwall systems.
- Familiarity with ETABS for modeling purposes is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks with mínimal supervision.
