**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and innovative designs for social media platforms, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute effective social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
- Optimize designs for various social media platforms, considering their specific requirements and guidelines.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure our content stands out and remains competitive.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure visual and written content aligns cohesively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Designer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and design requirements.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs for social media.
- Excellent eye for detail, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for staying updated with industry trends and incorporating them into design work.
- Degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (preferred).
