**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design creative content for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website visuals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visual concepts that effectively communicate messages and enhance user engagement.
- Maintain and update the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval.
- Amend designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
