Responsibilities:

- Recording financial transactions in an organized and accurate manner
- Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
- Verifying and reconciling invoices and expenses
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Processing employee expense claims and vendor payments
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Providing support for month-end and year-end close processes
- Assisting with the budget preparation process
- Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation
- Assisting with tax compliance and filing requirements
- Assisting with internal and external audits
- Performing other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Graduate degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new systems and processes as required.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

- Vapi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
