**Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning**: Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing of auto sheet metal components.

**Quality Control**: Oversee the quality of sheet metal products, implement quality control procedures, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

**Team Management**: Lead and supervise production teams, including machine operators and technicians, to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.

**Machine Operation**: Monitor and optimize the operation of machinery used in sheet metal manufacturing processes.

**Resource Allocation**: Efficiently allocate resources such as manpower, machines, and materials to meet production goals.

**Inventory Management**: Manage and control inventory levels to minimize wastage and maintain adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.

**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements.

**Health and Safety**: Ensure that safety regulations and best practices are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

**Reporting**: Prepare and submit production reports, including performance metrics and any issues faced during production.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as the procurement and maintenance teams, to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, preferably in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.

2+ years of experience in auto sheet metal manufacturing.

Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and machinery.

Strong leadership and communication skills to manage production teams effectively.

Problem-solving abilities to address production challenges and implement process improvements.

Understanding of quality control and safety standards in manufacturing.

Proficiency in computer software for production planning and reporting.

Familiarity with inventory management and cost control principles.

Adaptability to a dynamic manufacturing environment and a commitment to meeting production targets.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
