**About the role**

As the Aesthetic Dermatologist at Reaviva Holistic Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the dermatology department and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care to patients while overseeing all aspects of dermatological services within the clinic.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the dermatology department, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Act as the primary consultant for complex dermatological cases and treatments.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols to enhance service delivery.
- Mentor and train junior dermatologists and support staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated patient care.
- Engage with patients to understand their needs and provide tailored treatment plans.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and holistic health practices.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: MD in Dermatology or equivalent qualification.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both medical and cosmetic dermatology practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
