**Job Title**: Workshare Interface Engineer - Downstream Capital Projects

Chevron is a global energy leader committed to delivering affordable, reliable, and cleaner energy. As part of our strategic initiative starting in 2023, Chevron has increased its reliance on 3rd party engineering firms with workshare offices in India to support capital project execution.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Workshare Interface Engineer to support Chevron's downstream (Manufacturing / Refineries) business units. This role is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and managing technical work scopes that can be executed by engineering partners in India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interface with Chevron’s downstream business units to identify capital project scopes suitable for execution by 3rd party engineering firms.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business units and engineering partners.
- Support planning and tracking of workshare project activities.
- Ensure delivery quality, safety, and compliance with Chevron standards.
- Travel domestically to partner offices in Chennai, Mumbai, Vadodara, and Kolkata as needed.
- Travel internationally to Chevron downstream sites in the US, Singapore, and other locations as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in capital project execution within the oil & gas or refining industry preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per month
