**Position Summary**

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

Handling Pre-sale Queries & Post-sale Queries, also quality checks of pre/post sale queries

Taking Pre
- and Post-sale calls -Participate actively in internal and external client interactions, KOL interviews, proposal developments, client TOCs

Take regular follow-ups with sales team regarding on-going query discussions and support them across

Exhibit complete ownership of the projects assigned

Handling mutiple projects in parallel and ensure to complete every project within deadlines

Identify and implement key strategies for team performance (in terms of number of reports as well as revenue) improvement

Training Analysts and Associates - training, guiding and mentoring the team and enable them to write reports independently, develop market estimations within the expected duration

Suggesting action plan for performance improvement

Possess Domain Knowledge - must develop strong understanding of the industry vertical

Continuously monitor the market and provide insightful quantitative and strategic analysis to our clients through research reports

Required to decipher research requests, scope and estimate the effort involved and map out the delivery plan

Managing Syndicate and Client Projects

Ensuring Report Quality and On-time Delivery -Deliver projects on time and maintain high quality standards of the deliverables

Suggesting Trending Titles -Understand and track market insights on multiple sectors
