Description
- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate-level nursing courses using innovative and evidence-based teaching methods, including lectures, simulations, case studies, and experiential learning activities.
- Develop, revise, and evaluate nursing curricula to ensure alignment with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in nursing education.
- Provide mentorship, academic advising, and career guidance to nursing students, supporting their academic success, clinical competency, and professional development.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and presentations, to contribute to the advancement of nursing knowledge and evidence-based practice.
- Supervise nursing students in clinical practicum experiences, providing guidance, feedback, and evaluation of their clinical performance and professionalism.
- Serve on departmental and university committees, contributing to governance, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives within the nursing program and academic institution.
- Participate in community outreach, service-learning projects, and collaborative partnerships with healthcare organizations to enhance nursing education, research, and practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary faculty and healthcare professionals to promote interprofessional education and collaborative practice initiatives.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
