Job Title: Surveillance Operator

**Job Summary**: The Surveillance Operator is responsible for monitoring security cameras and surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the facility. This role requires keen attention to detail, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to effectively communicate in multiple languages. Proficiency in Excel is also essential for documenting and analyzing surveillance data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor live video feeds from surveillance cameras to detect suspicious activities or breaches.
- Maintain and operate all surveillance equipment, ensuring it is functioning correctly.
- Document and report incidents, providing detailed descriptions and relevant evidence.
- Utilize Excel to organize and analyze surveillance data and incident reports.
- Coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement as necessary during incidents.
- Conduct regular checks of camera systems to ensure optimal coverage and functionality.
- Assist in the investigation of incidents by reviewing recorded footage and preparing reports.
- Stay updated on security protocols and participate in training sessions as required.
- Follow established procedures for emergencies, such as fire alarms or security breaches.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or surveillance preferred.
- Previous experience in a surveillance or security role is a plus.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel for data documentation and analysis.
- Must have strong linguistic skills; ability to communicate in multiple languages is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
