Job Title: Digital Marketer

**Location**: Indore
**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Preferred Gender**: Male

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and eye-catching **thumbnails, Instagram posts, and reels**.
- Manage content posting schedule across social media platforms.
- Ensure timely posting with relevant hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for content creation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media content.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Strong **design skills** and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in creating **social media content**, including graphics and video (reels).
- Ability to manage multiple social media platforms effectively.
- Knowledge of **hashtag strategies** and engagement tactics.
- **Good communication skills** and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
