We plan to expand our client base, by launching new products and covering a wider range of assessment projects. To accomplish these, we want a highly effective team, and we are looking to hire for the role of Subject Matter Intern, who can handle our high-impact client-side projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for some enthusiastic Subject Matter Experts who are excellent in written and verbal communication, are idea-driven come from a teaching or training background, and are able to craft skill-specific tests with structured questions that will help our customers find the best talent. These experts will act as definitive sources of knowledge who will contribute their expertise in creating suitable content and fulfilling our project requitement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Content Development: SMEs contribute to the development of CMA exam content, including exam questions, case studies, and curriculum materials. To ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the CMA Institute's standards.

4. Curriculum Enhancement: you are required to play a role in continuously improving the CMA curriculum. To provide input on updating and refining the study materials, keeping them relevant and up to date with industry practices and developments.

Overall, You should contribute to the credibility and integrity of the CMA program by leveraging their expertise to ensure the program's content and assessments meet the highest standards of quality and relevance in the finance industry.

ELIGIBILITY:
Proofreading skill sets will be an added advantage.

Good at problem-solving related to content quality.

Strong attention to details.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience of working as a Subject Matter Expert/Problem Setter is an added advantage.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

- Screening
- Assessment Based Shortlisting
- Personal Interview round with HR Managers and Team Leads.

DURATION:
4 Months of Internship. Post Internship, a full-time position will be offered as per the performance.

LOCATION:
Remote/ Hybrid

INCENTIVES:
