**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and foster a culture of excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the mobile repair and accessory market.
- Identify new market opportunities and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, analyzing performance metrics regularly.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting trends and opportunities.
- **Client Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs for the sales team and facilitate ongoing development initiatives.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions to keep the team informed about the latest mobile accessories and repair services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in retail, preferably in the tech or mobile accessories industry (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in the mobile industry.
