Playway Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, motor development, and social interaction through play-based and experiential learning.
- Introduce creative activities, such as storytelling, art, music, and role-play, to engage young learners.
- **Child-Centered Development**:

- Observe and assess each child’s developmental milestones and tailor activities to individual learning needs.
- Encourage curiosity, self-expression, and independence in children.
- Create an inclusive environment that respects cultural diversity and supports children with varying abilities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that promotes exploration and creativity.
- Establish and reinforce age-appropriate routines and rules for a structured learning environment.
- Address behavioral challenges using positive reinforcement techniques.
- **Parental Communication and Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with parents/guardians by providing regular updates on their child’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and workshops to align learning objectives and discuss strategies to support children’s growth.
- Encourage parental involvement in classroom activities and events.
- **Event Planning and Execution**:

- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and field trips.
- Plan and execute performances, exhibitions, and activities that showcase student talents and learning.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children in your care.
- Adhere to safety protocols and handle emergencies effectively.
- Teach basic hygiene practices and encourage healthy habits.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Diploma in Montessori Education, or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in early childhood teaching.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in early childhood education methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and resourceful in planning engaging lessons.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and development.
- Ability to handle young learners with patience, care, and enthusiasm.
