**The Quest**
- Devise diabolical practice tests that are the stuff of legend (and top scores).
- Conjure up worksheets that turn prep into a quest for knowledge.
- Build question banks that are the envy of every aspiring scholar.

**Your Tools of Trade**
- A mind overflowing with test prep knowledge and strategies.
- The ability to write questions that sing (and occasionally sting).
- A penchant for pedagogy and a solid grasp of educational best practices.
- Experience with the dark arts of test creation (or, more mundanely, a
- background in education, test prep, or a related field).
