**Job description-**
- Selling of financial Products/Insurance/Loans/Policy to the leads given by the company.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Must be tele sale eperience and preferably in sales and banking industry also.
- Must be willing to be fleible across shifts are required business needs..
- Submit sales orders in an accurate manner.
- ** Interested leads will be provided by the company.**:

- ** No cold calling or random calling.**:

- ** Leads will be from interested customers.**

**Knowledge, Skills and Attitude**:

- Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
- Should have good English communication skills.
- Well organized, hardworking, aggressive and able to work under pressure.
- Honest and Passionate
- Minimum 6 months to 4 years eperience in working in Tele sales.
- Fleible to work in 6 days, roster off environment.
- Should be very confident and presentable.
- Energy levels should be high
- A positive attitude.
- A Polite and friendly telephone manner.
- Must be Confident.
- Strong sales skills.
- Ecellent communication and listening skills.

**Qualification and Eperience**:MBA/PG/Graduate/Undergraduates

**Compensation & Benefits**:Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 45,000(CTC) per Month + Incentives; will be decided based on qualification, eperience and interview. ESIC, PF & Gratuity, as per applicable law. Group Insurance, Cover.
