**Role: Visual Marketing - 2no’s**
- Responsible to develop the overall concepts for the campaigns, visual display of products inside the retail showroom that are consistent with organizational objectives
- Resposible for planning and creative displaying of products for maximizing impact on day to day basis.
- To display and conduct demo that appeals to consumers.

**Key Deliverables**
- Using visual display of products for marketing
- Develop visual display themes periodically and implement in retail showrooms
- Recording the visual display and support the digital marketing to promote the product
- The goal is to visually appeal to the walkin customers to make their purchase decisions
- Closely work with the sales team members to understand the customer preferences and develop themes to attract such customers
- Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
- To provide an excellent in store experience
- To keep an eye on current trends that are relevant to shoppers
- Act in alignment to the organization's culture, products, image and target market
- Change displays to promote new products launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
- Continuously research lifestyle, demographics and design trends
- Conducting daily demo in all showrooms
- Participation in Exhibition, Apartment like activities
- Reporting to Sales Manager,weekly one meeting with MD
- Discuss and take key inputs from Purhcase manager and category specialist

**Skills Required**:

- Analysing ability
- Visual design skills
- Retail merchandising
- Experience in visual merchandising, window displays, signs, space utilisation
- Proficiency in photoshop, visual design tools,
- MS office
- Creating and innovative thinker

**Qualifications Required**
- Male, Female
- Any Graduate
- 23 - 27yrs
- 2yrs+ experience in retails, showrooms, stores, warehouses
- Preference will be given for Retail industry experience

**Benefits: Monetary and Non Monetary**

Salary upto Rs 25,000/
- ESI, PF

Sales Incentive

Timing - 9.30am - 8.00pm

Location - Madurai

Yearly increment & bonus

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
