About Us:
Digital Pixal is a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing company that specializes in digital marketing services like SEO, Website Designing, Content curator, Graphic designing, video editing, SMM, Google ads, affiliate marketing, and so much more. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with at least 0-2 years of experience to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visually appealing and effective designs for a range of print and digital materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
- Create compelling video content, including editing and post-production, for various platforms such as social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and video editing software to continuously enhance the quality of work produced.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, offer creative solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design and video materials.
- Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of design templates, assets, and a centralized media library.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure seamless integration of design and video assets across various channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream, Video Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and video editing work.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design and video ideas.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Knowledge of video editing techniques, transitions, effects, and color correction.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Experience working in [specific industries or niches relevant to your company] is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
