- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
- Support various marketing activities by attending Exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Keep track of customer records and visit reports.
- Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products.
