**Position Title**: ICT Officer - Office 365 & Client Support
**Reports To**: Head of Corporate Services / ICT Manager
**Location**: Currently Remote
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Position Purpose**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Internal Office 365 Management**
- Administer Office 365 tenants including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage user accounts, security groups, licensing, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and ensure timely updates and patches.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
- Provide training and documentation to internal staff on efficient use of Office 365 tools.
**General ICT Support**
- Act as the first point of contact for internal ICT issues and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems (e.g. laptops, printers, mobile devices).
- Liaise with third-party vendors and managed service providers when required.
- Support network and infrastructure maintenance in collaboration with external IT providers.
- Maintain asset registers and software license compliance.
**External Client ICT Support (As Required)**
- Provide remote or onsite support to clients for Office 365 setup, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with integration of Microsoft 365 into client systems where applicable.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain clear documentation of services provided.
**Qualifications & Experience**
**Essential**:
- Demonstrated experience in Office 365 administration.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and end-user hardware.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
**Desirable**:
- Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MS-100, MS-101 or equivalent).
- Experience supporting small to medium business clients.
- Exposure to ITIL frameworks or ticketing systems.

- Client satisfaction scores (if applicable).
- Compliance with internal IT policies and licensing.
- Accuracy of documentation and training provided.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
