**Role: Symphony - Sales Representative**

**Location: New Delhi**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Symphony is our software product, it is a low-code platform designed to make workflow processes specific to the Insurance industry. As a Symphony Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our low-code insurance workflow automation platform, Symphony, to prospective clients in the Insurance industry.
- Generate and qualify leads: Identify and target potential customers in the Insurance industry who can benefit from Symphony's low-code insurance automation platform. Conduct research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations: Articulate the value proposition of Symphony to potential clients, showcasing its features, functionalities, and benefits. Effectively demonstrate how Symphony can streamline and automate processes across the Insurance value chain.
- Build and maintain client relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and other key decision-makers. Understand their unique challenges and pain points, align Symphony's capabilities with their specific needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Drive Sales and Meet Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets by actively pursuing opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the Symphony Design Team, Product Managers, and Customer Support to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Provide valuable customer feedback and insights to help enhance Symphony's features and functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in the insurance industry, especially in the area of insurance automation and low-code platforms. Share insights and knowledge with the sales team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies.
- Sales reporting and documentation: Document all sales activities, and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and generating regular sales reports for management.
- An expectation to bring in product feedback for improvement.

**Must-Have**:

- 5+ years of experience in selling SaaS/Enterprise Technology platforms.
- Must have Insurance domain knowledge.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes, and workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and automation technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and create win-win solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide consultative sales solutions.
- Ability to work with people at Senior/C-level
