We are a growing online mobile phone trading company with a strong presence on Amazon and other major e-commerce platforms. Our operations span across multiple regions, and we are committed to delivering quality products and outstanding service. As our business grows, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to join our finance team in Mangalore.
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices and payments received from Amazon and other online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including sales, returns, fees, and settlements.
- Assist in preparing reports related to daily, weekly, and monthly financial activities.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure invoice and payment accuracy.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable tracking and follow-ups.
- Support the Finance Manager with internal reports, audits, and year-end processes.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and digital records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or similar platform settlements (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work full-time from our Mangalore office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
