**Key Responsibilities**
- Assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- They may be involved in training new security staff on hospital protocols, emergency procedures, and security best practices.
- Ensuring adequate coverage and appropriate staffing levels for all shifts and areas of the hospital.
- Resolving conflicts, addressing performance concerns, and managing leave requests.
- Ensuring that all security personnel adhere to hospital security policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Managing access control systems and ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry.
- Investigating security incidents, documenting findings, and preparing reports for management.
- Conducting regular patrols of the hospital premises to identify potential security risks and ensure that safety measures are in place.
- Ensuring that all security equipment, such as alarms, cameras, and access control systems, are functioning properly.
- Addressing patient and visitor concerns regarding safety and security.
- Coordinating with nursing, facilities, and other hospital departments to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Preparing detailed reports on security incidents and other relevant information.
- Ensuring that the hospital's security operations comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

**Qualification**: Graduate

**Experience**: Minimum 3 to 5 years.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Guard Supervisor: 5 years (required)
