*Job Description:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Client Visits:* Conduct regular visits to clients to build and maintain relationships.
- *Team Handling:* Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- *Revenue Generation:* Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- *Target Achievement:* Ensure the team meets kill targets as set by the management.
- *Office Sitting:* Operate from our Punjabi Bagh office, coordinating with the team and reporting to senior management.

*Qualifications:*
- A graduate degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the life insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and sales processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

*Skills Required:*
- *Sales Acumen:* Deep understanding of sales strategies and life insurance products.
- *Leadership:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- *Interpersonal Skills:* Strong relationship-building abilities with clients and team members.
- *Analytical Skills:* Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- *Time Management:* Efficient in managing time and meeting deadlines.
