As a **Commission-Based Field Executive**, your earnings will be directly tied to the sales and contracts you bring in. The more hotels you bring on board, the more you earn. Our competitive commission structure rewards hard work and results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:Visit hotels and introduce GoRoomGo’s services to hotel management, owners, or decision-makers.
- **Sales & Contract Negotiation**:Present our services in a compelling way, negotiate terms, and close deals to onboard new hotels onto the GoRoomGo platform.
- **Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- **Market Research**: Identify and target potential hotels, keeping an eye on competitor activity and market trends.
- **Reporting**: Track and report sales activities, leads, and contracts in real-time to the management team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, providing feedback and insights that can improve our offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Prior experience in sales or business development within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be confident in presenting GoRoomGo’s services to hotel executives.
- **Self-Motivation**:Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. As a commission-based role, success is determined by your effort.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
- **Network**: Existing network in the hospitality industry is a plus.
