**Job Summary**:
We are looking to hire a talented **UI/UX Designer** to join our Designing team. As a UI/UX Designer, your tasks will involve understanding user requirements, creating graphic elements, and constructing navigation components. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in design software and wireframe tools.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **
- Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate findings into intuitive UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with manager and developers to define user requirements.
- Maintain and enhance design consistency through style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems.
- Implement usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Create visually compelling graphics, icons, and other UI elements.
- Optimize designs based on data-driven insights and performance analytics.
- Make page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Make layout changes based on user feedback.

**Skills & Qualifications:

- **
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Should have experience of **6 Months to 1 year**with strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Proficiency in wireframe tools such as Figma, Wireframe.cc and InVision.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software
- **Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma**& programming language - **HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and WordPress**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly collaborative attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

**Job Location:

- **Phase 8A Mohali, Punjab

**Working Days:

- **Monday
- Friday **(onsite Job)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
