Receivable responsibilities include:
Maintains confidentiality of all Customer records and Invoice information;
Works with supervisory staff to ensure that the Invoicing needs of each Customer are met on time and with accuracy;
Receives Confirmation on invoices and sets up new Customer or reinstates Inactive Customer ensuring all data is accurate and all required documentation is correct and accurate; contacts appropriate supervisors for any missing information;
Coordinates monthly payment of Customers and maintain data through Quick Books;
Ensuring charges are billed after confirmation of paperwork and customer being informed
Ensuring Follow up with customers for Over due Invoices

Prepares invoices for payment by verifying purchase authorization, receipt of goods and calculation accuracy; codes invoices to ledger accounts as per purchase orders or department managers/supervisors;
Sorts and files documents according to accounts Receivable process;
Matches invoices to Work orders or Rate contracts forms and checks agreement as to the item, quantity and price;
Ensures that invoices and purchase orders are supported by senior management;
Batches invoices, verifies totals, Other duties as assigned.

What do we value?

College level accounting courses and/or technical Invoice training
2 years of related experience
Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software
Experience in Quick Books in a construction environment an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
