We are looking for a skilled Content Editor with a knack for storytelling and a sharp eye for detail to lead the editorial process of our internal and external magazines. You will work closely with multiple departments to curate, refine, and present engaging content that captures the essence of our company’s culture, milestones, and achievements. **Key Responsibilities**
- Content Curation: Collaborate with various departments (HR, Finance, Engineering, Sales, etc.) to gather updates and relevant information for the magazine.
- Editing & Proofreading: Refine content for grammar, style, tone, and clarity while ensuring consistency with the brand voice.
- Content Planning: Assist in planning sections and features, such as employee spotlights, department updates, and creative contributions.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to align visuals with written content for an engaging layout.
- Storytelling: Transform raw information into compelling narratives, making each section reader-friendly and engaging.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets deadlines and maintains high editorial standards.
- Feedback Management: Incorporate feedback from contributors and team leads to improve content quality.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1+ year in content writing, editing, or a similar role.
- Editing Skills: Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and editorial best practices. Familiarity with style guides is a plus.
- Storytelling Ability: A creative flair for turning mundane updates into captivating reads.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Tools: Proficiency in content management tools (Google Docs, MS Word) and basic design collaboration tools like Canva or Figma is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Organizational Skills: Comfort with managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Bonus: Experience in corporate communications or internal magazines is a plus.
