- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

Receive requisition for procurement of raw / packing materials and forward it to purchase department for further processing.

Dispatch the material as per schedule.

Update the Inward/outgoing material register.

Co-ordinate with the supplier for the replacement of any rejected raw material.

Carry out the raw material planning in consultation with the production department. Verify physical stock daily and monthly basis.

Prepare and maintain GRN of every receipt material.

Maintain the Minimum stock /inventory for uninterrupted supply of stock & raise material requisition/purchase requisition in case of requirement.

Manage manpower in store area.

Follow & maintain proper documentation as per ISO standards.

Ensure Material is stocked category wise and appropriately with proper labelling.

Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

Inventory Recategory-wise conciliation.

Knowledge of standard practices, procedures, and equipment used in the receipt, storage, requisitioning, and disbursement of supplies and materials.

Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.

Required Skill Set: Strong leadership and management abilities.

Strategic planner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
