Fitter Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in fitting and machining to students enrolled in our training institute.
- Develop and implement curriculum materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises that align with industry standards and certification requirements.
- Provide instruction and guidance on various aspects of fitting and machining, including blueprint reading, precision measurement, assembly techniques, and machine operation.
- Demonstrate proper fitting and machining practices, emphasizing safety protocols and quality standards.
- Assess student performance and progress through practical assessments, written exams, and skill demonstrations, offering constructive feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff members to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of our training programs.
- Stay abreast of advancements in fitting and machining technology, tools, and techniques, integrating relevant updates into the curriculum as appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Certification from the Craft Instructor Training (CTI) program or equivalent qualification in fitting and machining instruction. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive professional experience in the field of fitting and machining, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant tools, equipment, and processes.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and procedures effectively to students of varying skill levels.
- Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, prioritizing the well-being and success of all students.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to plan and execute engaging training sessions efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the evolving needs of students and the institute.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
